Giving

We give back by donating 10% of our net profits at the end of each year to our favorite ocean protection organizations; Surfrider Foundation, Heal the Bay, and the Oceana. We hope to inspire others to do the same.

Sustainability

Sandborn Swim is committed to conscious initiatives that minimize our environmental impact and ensure that future humans can also enjoy our beautiful planet.

We believe less is more. We are anti-excess in both production and principle. By producing made-to-order products, we can avoid production waste. Excess fabric scraps are donated to groups who use it to make crafts and other projects. We throw away the minimum amount possible and we never use bra pads unless specifically requested.

Our packaging features a combination of compostable, recycled, and recyclable materials.

Premium materials, classic design, and meticulous hand crafted construction mean swimwear that lasts longer. We invest in the highest quality fabrics and trims so your bikini will survive for a longer period of time and save our landfills from unnecessary garbage.

We use a variety of quality fabrics, including those made from regenerated nylon (from ocean waste such as fishing nets), and recycled polyester (from PET such as plastic bottles), which diverts these products from our oceans and landfills while conserving natural resources like water and energy during production. Regenerated nylon/spandex maintains the same lightweight, stretchy performance of traditional nylon/spandex fabric but minimizes long-term microplastic pollution. Recycled polyester is highly durable and resistant to chlorine, sunscreens, and other lotions or oils.
